Standard Apartments

We feature Garden Level, Middle Level and Top Level Apartments. Each Apartment Building has its own coin-operated Laundry Facility. The Middle and Top Levels each come with a balcony. A parking canopy and a storage unit on the Garden Level are provided with each unit. Air Conditioning, an individual 40 gal high efficiency water heater, and also full kitchen amenities are included with each unit.

They are sound conditioned, cable ready, secure, quiet, have a friendly atmosphere, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. A fully furnished Model Apartment is also available to show what each Standard Apartment looks like.

Our Townhouses offer three levels of living. The lower level, which is a full basement with laundry hookup, furnace with central air and water heater. The ground level which offers the kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. The top level, this is where the two bedrooms and full bath are. Each townhouse comes with a screened-in back porch. Full kitchen amenities are included. There is plenty of yard space. Each townhouse comes with either a parking canopy or an unsecure garage space.

Duplex/4 Plex/6 Plex

Our Duplex, 4-Plex, and 6-Plex's are an ideal home environment for anyone. Duplexes and 4-Plexes offer an attached two car garage. 6-Plex units include a single car detached garage. Each unit has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Each unit also comes with full kitchen appliances, central air conditioning, and is cable ready. you can enjoy the nice summer days in your own screen-in back porch. There is plenty of yard space, yet you get the convenience of all your yard work being done for you. We also offer 24 hour emergency maintenance.
